Discount Code Policy:
– Discount codes may only be used on regular-priced items.

Order Policy:
– There is a 15% Restocking fee on all refunded orders.
– All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS Ground/FedEx/FedEx SmartPost. (Unless otherwise requested)
– FedEx SmartPost and USPS First Class/Flat Rate are NOT Insured. Please note that all broken or lost items will not be refunded or replaced.
– Express and USPS services are available. (Additional charges will apply)
– Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
– Fanybag is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
– Any charges for returned orders due to a customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc…) will be the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– USPS will ship out all international orders unless otherwise requested by the customer.
– USPS/Flat Rate/FedEx SmartPost are less expensive shipping methods than UPS. USPS does not provide a tracking number once the package leaves the USA. Orders sent by UPS can be tracked until the package reaches your doorstep.
– Fanybag is not responsible for any lost orders, damaged items, or missing items when shipping by USPS/FedEx SmartPost/UPS.
– All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
– Charges for returned orders (incorrect address provided, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
– International orders take 3-4 business days to process and make take up to 4 weeks to reach you depending on location and customs clearance.
– Fanybag is not responsible for any customs, duty, or tax charges.
