Items that are damaged in transit may be replaced. Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Unused returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns. All sales are final for any items in the Value Center and will not be accepted as returns. Complete and submit the returns form. This form must be completed in order to receive a credit or replacement. Fanybag reserves the right to reject any return claims.
