Please allow up to 3-4 business days for order processing. Express orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. CST to be processed the same day. Shipping may take up to 6 business days from the original ship date. (Weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for misdelivered or rejected packages due to partial or incomplete addresses. The customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees for rejected or misdelivered packages. All shipping quotes provided are only an estimate based on the shipping provider, package weight, and destination. USPS Priority Mail is not an express service. Actual US Priority Mail shipping time may range from 2-4 business days. Fanybag reserves the right to change the shipping provider to ensure the most efficient and secure method available for the customer to receive their package. Spain/Brazil customers must provide a company tax id number so that purchases may clear customs as requested per country’s government. UPS Worldwide Economy – Undelivered orders due to insufficient address, customs rejection, unpaid duties/taxes, customer refusal, or abandoned packages are non-refundable.
DELIVERY

Fanybag is not responsible for delays in shipping due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping provider error (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) International orders take 3-4 business days to process and make take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive depending on location and customs clearance. Fanybag is not responsible for any customs, duty, or tax charges. During the Holiday Season (Christmas and the New Year) orders may take 5-7 Business Days for processing. RETURNS
Items that are damaged in transit may be replaced. Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipment of any products outside of the damaged/manufacturer defect terms. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns. All sales are final for any items in the Value Center and will not be accepted as returns. Complete and submit the returns form, which is located HERE. This form must be completed in order to receive a credit or replacement. Fanybag reserves the right to reject any return claims.
